I needed a repair to my garage door this week. The “trolley” in my system broke, and I scheduled an appointment. AJ came out and did an AWESOME job. He was fast, polite, and very knowledgeable. When we moved into our home the Precision Door was already there. Hard to believe but one of the first things we noticed was how quiet this door was. Shortly after settling in we gave out the garage code so our friends could come in through the garage grab a beer and meet us out on the patio. Believe it or not one of the main Conversation Pieces was the Silence of that door going up and down. After Hurricane Matthew I messed up the door code and could not fix it myself so I called precision and they came out the very next day. Thanks to their handy dandy coupon in the Money Magazine we got a total overhaul of the door for $98 rollers Lube job realignment remotes rekeyed new code put in everything done by an outstanding professional Brandon Ayres who did a great job. The door works so well now we never hear anyone come in from that direction scared the bejesus out of me the other day because I never heard the door go up or back down. Now that’s what I call an outstanding product!!

Routine maintenance service. Service tech (Jason) was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He briefed me about the service work, procedure and charges before commencing work. He also informed me as he went about his work. The service fee including two new remotes was reasonable and appropriate. The tech demonstrated enthusiasm for his job.
