I was closing my garage about 4:15 pm when I heard the loud bang of a broken garage door spring. I called Precision Door and got an appointment for between 10 & 12 am the next morning. They were prompt and I was on my way about 30 min later. Great Job !

Very satisfied with the service of Precision. Frank explained the problem and how he would fix the garage door opener. More important, he listened and understood that I plan on replacing the garage door and opener in the near future; therefore, didn’t want to put a lot of money into it today. He also provided me with information on their different garage door/opener products. Frank was very patient and answered all my questions.

5 star. Tech was very courteous and provided information on what he was going to do, etc. Very efficient.

The service was wonderful! Detailed, timely & very professionally done. They came when they said they were going to be here, I didn’t have to wait all day wondering if & when they were going to show & the work was perfect! They clean up after as if they’d never even been there. I would definitely recommend this company & im a tough cookie to please! But 5 stars indeed for Precision!
