Kody Hohman did a fantastic job of repairing my problem garage door. He replaced rollers with ball bearing Nylon units that really quieted the door. He also replaced missing nuts on door hinges that were causing the door to malfunction. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use Precision in the future. Excellent company

I am from NY and needed repair on door. Your advertising promised same day service. I called and was given a 12 -2 window. Shortly after 11 I received a call from Jerimiah who let me know he just finished his last spot and would be there by 12:10. At 12:07 the phone rang and Jerimiah was outside. He explained what to expect during call. He quickly diagnosed he issue and explained what caused the issue and what he would do to fix. He was punctual and very polite. He represented your company extremely well and I would highly recommend him to anyone based on how he handled my service call.

This company was spectacular….the gentleman that came to service our door literally hopped over furniture in our garage to fix the problem. We had just moved, we were tired and our patience were thin. The last thing we needed was a garage door problem. Precision made it painless. They were fantastic!
