My Technician Kody called ahead and was here promptly at the stated time. He replaced both 30 year old torsion springs (one was snapped the other just too old). Door balance is now perfect. Very easy to move manually. Door opens nice and smooth now via my Genie Opener. Opener had a small problem but I opted to fix that myself (retired electronics tech so easy for me). Kody did an excellent job and I have no problem recommending him for future work. Thanks Kody !!
