The technician arrived on schedule and was very through in his inspection and explaining the repair and maintenance tune up. I was also please with how quick he was able to correct the problem.

I had met Cameron Lewis (Service Technician) through a mutual friend and he was very polite and knowledgeable so when I needed a garage repairman I wanted him to be that guy. He was awesome ! Excellent service and repair

Was amazed that I received one day service and on a Sunday..The technician, Riley, was a real pro: friendy, efficient and informative on issues with repair options and cost. John Z. (St Augustine, FL)

Aside from the price being right for me, the technician, Colton Coffel, was professional and not pushy in the way he approaches me with what NEEDED to be replaced: critical (cables and drums) not so critical (rollers and touch). From there I concluded that he is honest and that I’m going to go for Precision Garage. Why? Because he did not recommend to get my 21-year old Genie motor and accessories replaced. Colton says they’re still in good working condition. (Although in my opinion I may have to get them replaced in a year or two — just so I have a more reliable garage door opener, and I’m going to hire Precision again; and I’d like Colton to do the job — as a special request. The price range quoted is between $700 to $800 out the door. Hopefully, the price won’t go higher by then.) A few years ago there are two other companies that looked at the motor and they recommended to get it replaced! This tells me they’re just trying to sell products and don’t care much about their customers. I very strongly recommend Precision Garage to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage door service company.
