i had called another well know company who said they would get here late Monday or at the latest Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday up to 2:30 and got nothing but, voicemail! I called Precision around 3:00 and they said they could get to it between 5 and 7. I got a call at 4:00 and he guy was 10 minutes away and wanted to know if he could come early. Now that’s service! My car was stuck in the garage and he repaired the door in less than 45 minutes and at a reasonable price. I tell anybody to call Precision 1st!!

Jerimiah came out on a cold Saturday, was great to deal with, knowledgeable and courteous. He assessed the situation quickly and provided an estimate. He had the parts on hand to fix the issue, and was done in less than an hour.

Technician was on time to troubleshoot a problem with a garage door opener. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and conducted his work with an outstanding focus on customer satisfaction.
