Technician came out to do an estimate; when he came he did a really good job with the explanation and the estimate was fair. Since the tech had all of the equipment to do the install that day, we went ahead and agreed to have it done immediately. 1.5 hours later I had a new garage door opener, 2 new programmed remotes and the quietest garage door opening ever!! I did opt for the belt drive; it is definitelyh worth the extra $$.
