5 I had saw your advertisement in paper & in Mint magazine. I also checked on Internet and saw your rating was 5 stars where a lot of the ones I looked at weren’t. Also all of the great reviews that I read convinced me Precision was the way to go. Also the Tech Frank was awesome. He was ver knowledgeable and helpful with his diagnoses of my garage door opener. He explained every thing thoroughly to me & also to my husband over the phone. Frank went above & beyond his duties to help me with my garage door opener. The technician, Tim Van Vuren, arrived promptly and was very courteous. He quickly assessed what the problem was with my garage door opener and gave me options to solve the problem. I opted to purchase a new opener and Tim had it installed and ready to go in no time. He was very thorough in his explanation to me about operating the opener and remotes. He even programmed my car rear view mirror remote. He was fabulous! I would definitely recommend Precision!

Bill did a great job repairing my garage door springs. He was very careful while working around my trapped car. He called ahead to tell me he was on his way which I really appreciated. Great job overall.
