The service technician arrived in a timely manner. He assesed the problem. Need to replace the plastic cover where the 2 60 watt light bulbs are. The garage door opener is a Genie Excellerator. He indicated that the plastic cover over the light bulbs are not carried by Precision. He was unable to help me. The technician was pleasant and knowledgable I would call Precisian again if I needed service on the garage door or opener.

Fantastic same day service. I was hesitant to have the more expensive springs installed but I am very glad I did. The garage door is much quieter. Thank you again Precision.

Technician was awesome, clean-cut, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Fast, extremely efficient company. Had all the parts necessary on hand. They showed up on time over a holiday weekend. The only thing that would hold me back from giving them 5 stars was cost. They are on the pricier side but do a good job. I’ll use them again!

Chad was extremely thorough in testing the problems we were having with our garage door opener. When the issue could not be resolved, he was able to quickly install a replacement system, and explain its functions.
