Great service from the first call I made to the completion of the repair. The repairman ” Harold” was prompt and professional. He called me to let me know he was on his way and how long it should take to arrive. He was actually a few minutes early. He made sure I knew his name and properly introduced himself when he arrived. He addressed me by name the entire time he interacted with he. He was great explaining the repair and completed the repair in a timely manner. Chad provided excellent customer service and fixed our garage door in a timely manner. The springs and rollers were worn and the door was stuck open. Chad was able to fix everything within two hours and as a bonus the door opens and closes much more quietly now!
