Precision installed my garage door in 2012. I love the quietness of this door! I had an unforeseen issue so I made an appointment. Bill arrived within the designated time. I really appreciated that he called me first to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. Not for a minute did I feel as if he was trying to up-charge me or sell me something I didn’t need. I really appreciate his professionalism, courtesy and reliability. Devan was our service tech on the job. Very professional and great customer service. The homeowner was in need of a bottom panel replaced. We only received a quote for a new door as the bottom panel is no longer being manufactured for the 15′ door. Just a suggestion… Add the “service performed” – Quote for a new door
