The technician told me there was a 10 yr warranty on the spring. I did not see that in the email that was sent with the invoice. The technician seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing, did a good job, and was very nice and pleasant to be around.

Sean called my home prior to arrival, and was within the scheduled appointment agreement. He looked at our current garage door system, and obvious broken spring and made helpful suggestions that was within our budget. He was very professional and completed the job with all equipment needed on his truck. (No return visit to complete installation) The organization from setting up appointment to completing the installation was impressive. I will recommend this company to friends in the future.

The garage door spring broke early in the afternoon and I immediately called Precision to make an appointment. they have serviced the garage door for the past 10 years.It was quite urgent that the door become operable since my 90+ year old Mother lives with us and it’s important to have immediate access to outside facilities.
