Travis Ford was our technician, He was polite, answered all my questions and had our door working in minutes with a spring repair. We will be getting a new garage door next year and we will be calling Precision for that as well.

Sean was prompt and efficiently repaired the springs and replaced other parts on our garage door. He was extremely competent and was sure to explain everything he was doing and show me the parts that needed to be replaced and why.
