All questions were answered to our satisfaction, promised delivery date was met as well. The installer arrived on time and installed the new door/opener; he then went over the system with us and made certain that he left no mess behind. We were very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend to friends.

Sean explained what our problem was with the existing springs which were too small for the door. We purchases the 10 year rebuild package. It took three attempts to get the correct ones to balance the door. Sean was very professional and explained what he was doing and why.

Garage door would not close. When Travis came out it did go up and down with no problems. Travis sprayed the tracks and garage door was working fine. Hopefully no more problems.
