Being the Labor Day holiday, we didn’t know what to expect. Your service was fantastic! Our technician, Chris McBee, was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm. About 1:30pm we received a call that he was running a bit late due to assisting another technician. Chris still managed to get to our house before 4pm and did a great job explaining the problem with our garage door and how he was going to fix it. I was amazed when I called your company on a Friday evening and found out that there is no additional charge for “after-hours” repairs. I parked my truck, loaded with my stuff in the bed, in my garage for my early Saturday morning plans and the torsion springs broke when my wife got home and hit the opener, so my truck was stuck inside. I called your company and Frank Cassidy came out that evening, on time, and replaced the two torsion springs. He took the time to explain to me how they work, why the break, how long a normal life of a spring is, and looked over all of the other aspects of my garage door system. Very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate your service and will be calling you the next time I need something done that is garage door related.

Everyone that I dealt with your company was very professional. From the initial phone call to the installation technician. Also, yours was the only company that came out to see what was required prior to quoting. All other companies did not feel the need to see and provided quotes sight unseem. Without a doubt I strongly recommend Precision and especially Chris. He was on time and it was obvious as soon as he walked in that he knew what he was doing. Chris answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything that was being done. Tommy was very professional and neat when he came to the house. He surveyed the door and pointed out to me what was needed and why.
