Wow what an absolutely amazing experience thank you so much for helping us out. Long story short purchased foreclosed home and the garage door was in shambles. I searched online found precision read several review and decided to give them a try and I’m so glad I did. Jon arrived less than two hours from my initial call he fixed everything and now the garage door works perfectly. Great company great products great service.

We have used you previously for our home in Deerwood. This service call was for an investment property we have acquired.The response time was excellent and Jon did an outstanding job, fixing the issue in a short time. He did a good job in trying to up-sell a new door but didn’t pressure when I told him we will be waiting until we put new siding on the house. Over all a very good job.

Technicians were on time, first for service call and second for the actual work. The installer was polite and left the garage clean.

After trying two times to have my garage door serviced by the company who installed it (they supposedly sent technicians to my home twice; I haven’t seen anyone yet), I found Percision through Google. I called and set up an appointment, and 5 minutes later, Percision sent me an email confirming my appointment and they also let me know what technician would be coming along with a picture (I really appreciate that). Five minutes after that, the technician called and said he was running early on his appointments and could be to my home in 15 mintues. And 45 minutes after that, my garage door was fixed. I have never experienced such awesome customer service with ANY other company providing any kind of service to my home. Chris McBee was professional, friendly, and efficient. I will surely tell everyone I know about Precision!
