Found precision garage door thru various advertisements. Met with representative who presented different samples. He was very polite and courteous answering my questions Purchased a door and am waiting for scheduling. So far so good.

Chad did an excellent job of my new garage door installation and repairs of my garage door springs. He made sure that all my concerns and questions were answered prior to him leaving, He took his time with the installation and I never felt he was in a rush to finish the job. He helped to make sure all our remotes and car remotes were fully operational.

We experienced a lightning strike near our house that zapped our garage door opener. We contacted Precision and they sent Cameron out the next day. He determined that our unit was fried and needed to be replaced. Cameron gave us a couple of options and pricing for replacement. Cameron then had our old unit down and the new unit, including sensors and wall button, installed quickly. He then reprogrammed our old remotes, keypad and both our vehicles. Cameron did great work and was very professional. We will use Precision for any future work we need and will specifically ask for Cameron.
