Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service today. Your technician was very informative which means a lot to the senior community as we are on limited budgets. When asked for senior discounts, he was glad to oblige. He informed me that I could convert to belt driven from chain driven and keep my opener. Again means a lot when on a budget. I have been with you since before 2017 and plan to stay because of the service. Now days too many companies try to take advantage if us seniors, so thank you.

Same day service! I called at 11:20 and they gave me a four hour window of service from 12 to 4 and arrived at 1:25. I had a broken spring. He assessed the problem and gave me options to let me choose from and was leaving around 2:50. I noticed that the garage door ran smoother and quieter after the repair. So next time when I notice the garage door jerking when it first starts movingit is a symptom of my spring starting to go bad.
