Nick arrived at 6 PM and within 30 seconds of walking into my garage he had diagnosed the problem. He immediately provided all of the product options as well as the pricing and warranties associated with each product. I chose the replacement parts and in less than an hour he had completed the work. He was professional, courteous and timely. Michael was the tech. He arrived exactly on time after calling first. He was very competent and pleasant. Showed me how and where to spray lubricant after he completed installing a new opener on the garage wall. Programmed my car without any difficulty at all. Kudos to Michael.
