I contacted Precision because the garage door was not level when closed and the safety cables were frayed. Drew listened to my concerns, provided a quote and completed the job in a timely manner. Very expensive but this may be industry standard today. Noise from the garage door closing was reduced but the current garage door opener is loud still. The garage door itself is somewhat more balanced than before. I would recommend Drew for your garage door service.

From first contacting you a few days ago through the service being completed today we were very satisfied with the work completed. The person that took my call on Wednesday was courteous and asked all the right questions. We even had the opportunity to have service on that day. We opted for a few days later. Colton was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous. As soon as he started the project you could tell Colton “knew his stuff”. He did a great job and we are very pleased. Initially we were looking for roller replacement and weather stripping replacement. He also found a frayed cable which obviously had to be replaced too.
