Hayden showed up at the beginning of our service window (which was a nice surprise). He was nice, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us options to complete the repair that all made perfect sense and didn’t try to up sale us to things that weren’t needed. The work was clean, quick and effective! Big thanks to Hayden! Sunday appointment was between 8am and noon. Drew arrived at 8:10am, diagnosed the problem and replaced the opener, installed the codes in both cars and showed me how to install the App on my phone. Great job and couldn’t be happier!

The experience was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsale me on anything. He quoted me 1.5-2 hours for the new equipment installation and he stayed well within those time parameters. He also gave me good info about future equipment for my garage that I might be interested in. Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend.

A really great, professional company! Service available seven days a week, who does that anymore? My garage door main spring broke on a Friday evening and Precision Door came out the next day (on a Saturday) and had it replaced in 30 minutes! The repair tech. that did the work at my home was Dalton and he showed up right when he said he would, was well prepared and very professional, went right to work and had my garage door working again in no time. I am very impressed with this company and will always call them for any garage door repairs in the future.
