We used Precision to install new Garage doors openers (Aladdin Genie) in Dec 2023. I’ve had 2 issues with the opener since and the service has been prompt and amazing. Each tech that has been to our house has been courteous and gone above and beyond in making sure the issue is fixed.

Garage door broke. Couldn’t even lift it. Called at 930 am, got a 10-2 same day and Kalen was here at 10:45, he even called with a heads up. Before Noon he was taillights and dust having replaced the internal spring bar to external and all rollers. It’s so quiet now! Couldn’t ask for more. 15 year warranty too!

The technician did routine maintenance and fixed a number of problems beyond what I asked him to do. It is great to have a service which goes above and beyond. The door works better than any time in the last 3 years. The price was higher than competitors; however, the value of the service was truly professional and well worth the extra fee.

I feel comfort knowing you take calls 24/7 & have technicians available 24/7. A broken Garage door can be dangerous & is inconvenient for homeowners. We purchased a Precision air conditioner a couple of years. Our garage door wasn’t working so we contacted them again Your serviceman Drew arrived to correct the situation, which was a broken spring. He was very pleasant, polite and well mannered. He worked very hard and kept us up to date on how these were going. He was probably there 4 hours and he did an excellent job. When he was finished, Drew went over everything he did and was very proud of it. That told me he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. The price was,$1,700, not cheap but I knew this work would last quite awhile. He’s a great asset to your company and takes his work seriously. He’s one-in-a-million!
