When I went out to leave this morning, my garage door would not open and I realize that the spring was broken. I called about 10 AM and they were helpful and professional. Someone to my house by 12 but shortly after that. Chad called and said that he was in the area and came out immediately. He fixed our garage door and was great to deal with.

Was able to diagnose problem with my old unit and determine a replacement was needed. Gave a quote for new opener and recommended other parts to be replaced as I wished, and had the parts on hand. Completed the job in the same day and did not need to get supplies past his service vehicle. Service member was courteous and knowledgeable.

Andrew was very thorough. He quickly resolved the problem with our remote keypad and in addition identified and resolved issues with the function of the garage door that had been annoying but not sufficiently so as to have required a separate call for maintenance. The door and remote keypad are now functioning well.

Our garage door keypad no longer was functioning, so the technician replaced it promptly. He inspected the entire garage door and opener, tested the keypad, and provided helpful hints to prolong the life of the system. The technician was courteous and professional.
