Our garage door was getting stuck half way down when closing even when the motor was disengaged it would not close. Called Precision as they were willing to come the same day. Chad arrived and was kind and efficient. He had the door fixed as soon as possible. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Replaced and installed unnecessary parts. Gave two price quotes and when mentioned was higher than average, technician began removing items. Did not receive receipt or warranty via e-mail as promised.

They do come out quickly. However, I think $940 to replace the springs are over priced. Plus the technical tried to sale me a whole list of things. If it had not been an emergency, I would have gone somewhere else!
