Installed a Genie garage door opener. tec did a great job.

June/2022, Precision Doors installed 2 new Genie motors as well as all rails, and anything else need to do a complete install. Recently, one door started a clicking, and other made a jaring sound when opening. On 10/29, I called. Next appointment available was 10/30 , would not meet my schedule, so appointment made for 10/31, between 8-12. Later received note change to 8-10. At approximately 8:00, Tim the technician texted, and arrived at 8:27. 5 rating for punctuality He assessed my complaint and quickly started to determine problem. Explained in detail cost and how long job would take. 5 rating for professional Explanation Did not waste time and I was extremely satisfied. 5 rating for Satisfaction. Service call was handled promptly and the tech (Kyle) called within 35 minutes. Kyle quickly replaced the builder grade garage door system within a few hours and did an excellent job with the installation. I have had Precision take care of a spring issue at a previous property in the past and their staff is courteous, well-trained, and professional. Thank you for the quick turn-around on this project.

Super impressed with the Customer Service that I received today from Hayden and the team at Precision – Jacksonville. I called first thing in the morning and they scheduled a tech to come between 12-4pm. Hayden texted me that he was ahead of schedule today and was able to come sooner. He gave me all the options, looked the door completely over, tuned it up and Boom….In about an hour he was done! We’ve had our door for about 8 years and luckily this is the first time we have ever had any issues with it! Thank you Hayden for your help today!

They did a great job. Very nice young men.they replaced the rubber on the bottom of our garage door. Now it is not sticking and making a noise.

I was exceedingly pleased with the service I received from the technician. He arrived on time and completed the requested repair, he also pointed out a damaged and rusted hinge. He completed the replacement. The price was well within the estimate I was quoted when I made the appointment. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision or to use their service again should the need arise.
