Very prompt service. Mitchell Dehler was the technician and he could not have been nicer. He explained charges and gave options. He works very quickly and efficiently. He demonstrated several features of the new system and even programmed my car remote. He cleaned up the garage before leaving, taking all the trash with him. I purchased a motor, springs, remotes, garage door opener, keypad. A storm had destroyed the motor and other parts were old and in need of replacement.

Tech was professional, and arrived on time. Price was exorbitant and no invoice was left. $2600 bucks for a $468 opener and a new spring system. No mounting replacement, no new rail. If I had an invoice maybe I could make sense of the charges, but I don’t.

They have taken care of us and showed up early. When you hear between 8 to 10 it usually is 11:30 when other vendors show up. Precision showed up at 8a. Love it.
