Our 18 year old garage door opener died on us, and we called Precision after 5:00 p.m. on Monday. They arranged for a technician to come out between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 on Tuesday! And at 8:00 Kaleb came out to assess the situation. It was clearly time to replace the unit and he did a fantastic job. Very professional, thorough, efficient, and he explained step-by-step the operation of the new unit. Great service. Garage was stuck in the down position and service showed up within 2 hours of my call. I was not is a super hurry or I am sure they would have shown up sooner. Was very efficient in fixing the garage door and even did a few extra items to make sure was working properly.
