Hayden came out yesterday (03/29/2024) to do routine maintenance on our door and to assess the trim on the outside. He was friendly and efficient and completed his work in a timely manner. He made recommendations regarding the replacement trim and the upkeep on the door itself. He sent us an email detailing everything that he went over with us. He did a great job! We were quite pleased!

I was going through my money magazine and was trying to decide who I was going to service my garage door I called one company didn’t like what they said that didn’t sound promising so I called precision and you guys was fantastic customer service all the way down to my service tech, Mr. Wesley Texas. He was absolutely great. He arrived on time and did an excellent job, he informed me of things that no one ever explained and enlightened me before I thank you for your service and I will call again. Our garage door spring broke Thursday evening. I immediately called and was able to schedule the repair for 8AM Friday morning. The technician was right on time. He assessed the repair and explained in detail the options. He had everything necessary to do the repair on the truck and was done in about an hour. Walter is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone.

I was heading into work on a Friday morning, only to learn that the garage door broke halfway down its track. With the weekend, I was worried that no one would be able to fix the door for several days and that the garage door would be stuck in that position.. I called Precision and a representative answered the phone immediately. A very capable serviceperson arrived at my house within one hour. The team was knowledgeable and efficient. They even saved my old unit in case I could resell parts/the unit. I heard a beeping the day after and thought it was a malfunction in the new unit. Turns out, my old unit’s battery was beeping after being disconnected. They came out and checked everything out anyway at no extra charge.

When we called this morning for repair on a broken spring, the CS person that answered was very friendly. She set our appointment time between 12 & 2. Nate showed up as expected. He was so friendly and professional. He asked if we had any further questions and we did. He answered all of them. It was a pleasure working with a friendly professional. Thanks Nate!
