I’ve used these guys twice now, once to align the sensors and now to get the garage door open. The 24-year-old motor burned out and the emergency release cord wouldn’t release. The tech, Kaleb, was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Thankfully, he got the door open without having to rip it off the building (my plan). He cut a small hole in the door where he could reach in and un-bind the release arm. It was seriously jammed. The hole is minimal and patchable. And I still have a door that goes up and down while I budget for a new one.

Everyone was professional and courteous and very responsive Walter the technician was amazing. He explained everything, checked everything and provided the cost in advance. Once he completed, replacing the springs, rollers and motor he explained what he did how it works and showed us the owners manual and explain the new keypad.
