Precision was great. My garage door wouldn’t open and was making a terribly loud sound. I called Precision right away and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Jason was my technician and he diagnosed the problem right away. He gave me some options for repair or replace. I chose to replace with the new Genie Pro 3120 WIFI since my garage motor was 20 years old. Not only did he do an excellent job installing it but he also went through everything about it and helped me connect my car link system and my keypad controller. He was very nice, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and informative. He also explained various hazards associated with replacing certain parts of the garage door mechanics which I appreciated. This is the third time I’ve used Precision (once was for a door check and the second time was a broken spring) and each time they have arrived on time, sent a very knowledgeable and friendly technician and resolved my problem. As far as price I feel they are no more expensive than any other garage door company.
