I was very happy with the service I received. They were on time, extremely courteous and took the time to explain the cost as well as the system after the new Garage Door Opener was installed.

Even though I called about 4:30 pm., Precision was quick to offer an appointment for the next day so we could use our garage ASAP. One of the springs had broken and Kaleb came to do the job. He explained everything thoroughly and replaced both springs. We were up and running in about 2 hours. We had used Precision about 5 years ago and they replaced our motor. In both instances their work was very good, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Our technician Wes, was excellent. He did his inspection on our garage door and explained everything in detail. There was no pressure to do the repair.
