great service my door was fixed by noon, Kalab great mechanic did a fantastic job

the entire encounter could NOT have been more perfect. as soon as i called Precision about a broken coil, i was given an appointment just a couple hours leter. the tech–Kaleb–called to tell me when he was on his way. he gave me an estimate, went to work, and fixed it–no fuss or muss, for me at least! he was incredibly courteous, listened well, and gave me 100% confidence that i called the right company and he was the right technician. you can bet all my neighbors will be hearing about my fantastic encounter!!
