Very good experience. Crew was professional and quick with the work. Came out the morning I made a reservation on-line. I spent a lot more than I was anticipating, but I had a few other repairs made in addition to the broken torsion spring, and I had not had garage door work done in a few years so I guess that is just what it costs now.

Called Precision; scheduling an appointment was easy; the service technician provided excellent service, was courteous, quickly completed repairs, and shared tips/ recommendations for maintenance. Also installed Garage Door keypad. I will use them again when service is needed.

Didn’t know garage door maintenance was a thing until yesterday. I called at about noon and someone was here at 4 same day. Great customer service over the phone. Precision did a great job. They showed up early, after calling to ask if they could come early. Riley knew exactly what the problem was and he fixed the problem and was gone in 30 minutes. I will definitely call them again if needed.

Wes was fantastic! Same day inspection & service. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, patient and made sure we understood any problems, how he could fix it & to call if we had any issues. Pretty cool that trucks are fully stocked and ready to rock and roll. Odd 5% upcharge, but would definitely recommend. PGD is now our go-to for the future!
