    One day service, had to replace a 22 year old motor. Technician had to make some modifications, and did a great job on the install of a new unit. Chad took his time to explain operation and programing remotes. Very pleased with the install of the new unit.

    I have used Precision before an was pleased with the service. On this occasion I got service app’t the same day. The two technicians that came (Dalton and Kyle) explained all of the concerns with my garage door from motor, rollers and seal on door. I was given the price up front with what was going to be done. At completion they reviewed the work and set my new code for new opener and how it works inside. Both Dalton and Kyle were professional and polite.

    Alan Harp was extremely knowledgeable and professional when he responded to my home. Our overhead tension spring had broken and needed to be replaced. Upon talking with him about how noisy the door had been before the spring broke, he was able to diagnose the bearings were bad so changed them out as well. I was very impressed by the speed of service, professionalism and cleanliness of the service.
