I write very few reviews but, this goes above and beyond in my opinion. This morning my garage decided not to open no more than a foot! Being a tech type of a person I normally jump to solve the problem, but today I made the best decision I could have made and called Precision. Great customer service during scheduling, and at 10:00 am my technician Nate was at my home. He was very knowledgeable made me feel at ease with his explanations. He was very well prepared with everything he needed on his truck for different situations , completed his job, performed a walkthrough and briefed me properly. I was told that your service man would be at my home between 4 and 6 PM. He arrived just before 4:00 and got to work immediately. He gave me 2 options to choose between and was finished with the work in just about an hour. I could not be happier.
