The crew came out to re-program our remotes and discovered that our old opener was burning a hole in its case due to many years of use and improper installation. Replacement was recommended, so we decided to bite the bullet and get a new opener instead of having our house burn down. Installation was quick and usage was explained. Very happy with our experience.
