Precision has always been our go to for garage door needs, and again they did not disappoint. I was on my way out to run an errand and the garage door would not close. After doing some troubleshooting and no resolution, I decided to call Precision, and they came out with in an hour. Nate and Kyle were very professional, they did a diagnosis and explained what needed to be done. Needless to say, my motor was beyond repair. My new Genie was installed, and Nate showed me everything I needed to know about the system. They were right on time, and I give them a 10-star rating!!

My experience was 5++. Wes was the epitome of customer service. Really? Do service people still greet other service and contractors working around them? Well Wes did. He said ‘good morning’ to our painting contractors. I will rave about Precision because of the following: -Explained my warranty in detail -Called ahead to confirm appointment -Provided details of work to be performed -Treated my Schnauzer with kindness and alerted me of noise that could affect my dog so I moved from the area -Generally, was an overall pleasant and personable guy who cares about his work. – Seemed expert troubleshooting and includes you in the process! -I explained another issue that I didn’t expect to be worked on today but Wes took care of it, happily! We need more dedicated and positive people like Wes ! I know that not everyone may be as stellar an employee, but I am thankful to Precession for Wes. I have used Precision Door over the years to replace springs, install a new door and opener and make adjustments. They are always available within 24 hours. The techs are very knowledgeable and professional. Jason was out today and he is awesome. I wouldn’t use anyone else and I can highly recommend them.

We chose your service because a friend recommended you. Our 25 year old springs broke this a.m. and our friend sad you did a great job. You responded immediately and the repairs done same day. The repair man was courteous and knowledgeable, recommended only what we needed and the door works great!

I chose Precision due to Google rating and ability to contact them just before closing and immediately after discovering my garage door opener quit working. They were able to come the next morning with a new opener and all needed supplies to bring my old door up to snuff. Colton and Alton did an excellent job, were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained how all the parts worked and pros and cons of new versus repair of several components. The price was right too!!

Your Technician Colton is a great representative for your company as well as explaining and pointing out things that were going on with my door. He made several recommendations of some parts that might need some attention in the future in addition to the broken springs that needed replaced.
