Rey did an outstanding job replacing the springs and changed out other needed parts for me. He also replaced a rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door that had an opening. He informed me that I have a 5 year warranty for everything that he did. It was expensive but was needed. Thanks

After reading the reviews and knowing that Precision is a quality and service oriented company, I booked them online 1/27/2026. I was contacted by the tech when he was on his way and I must say, Connor exceeded my expectations! He was polite, well versed in everything and knew what I wanted for this specific home…He stuck to my needs and did a truly professional job and was very neat and clean…I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them! When my garage door failed to open recently at about 3 p.m., I called Precision Garage Door Service. I thought they would make an appointment for the next day. I was wrong. They had a service technician (Tim Van Vuren) respond to my home in about 1 hour. I reveived an email alerting me when he was on the way. By 4 p.m. Tim was working on repairing my garage door – replacing the motor, springs and rollers. I was very impressed on the whole experience from the first phone call to Tim’s professionalism and experience doing the repairs and helping me reset the openers, synching my car to the remote and explaining the warranty on the parts and labor.
