He replaced my non functional keypad and made sure it worked for me before leaving. He also discussed my potential future needs since my garage door unit is almost 20 yrs old. 2nd time Precision has helped me. First to replace a broken spring and today replace a 20 year old opener. Great company. Called this am and tech Camren arrived a hour later. Worked up 3 options took measurements and finished the job professionally in about 90 minutes. Setup the app and car openers, explained the operation for all openers and warranties. Experienced and professional. Would call Precision again if need. Very satisfied

Noah was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although I was hoping the springs were covered under warranty he was able to help explain everything. Repair took no time and door works like new.

My garage door went out on Sunday morning. I was happy to get a tech out from Precision to look at it. Although I thought it to be an easy fix, it was not. In the end a new motor was needed. My service rep was respectful and knowledgeable. I thought in the end that the price was on the high side, after research, but I did not want to have to call in a bunch of quotes.

Tim was very nice and did a great job.

Very quick response time on a Saturday. Nathan was the repairman and had it diagnosed and type of repair needed. Once approved he had the repair done within an hour.
