The garage door and installation went great. The partial financing we did was and still is a disaster. The technician and office manager (Michelle) said it was 12 months no interest. I received a call from a rude lady stating we had not responded to her emails to sign the financing paperwork. In reviewing the emails, this email was sent in a “NO-REPLY” email. When we reviewed the document it said 6 months no interest. The finance company and Precision point the finger at the each other. “We can’t change it, they have to”. When I reached out to Precision today, they told me I selected the 6 months option on the initial application, which is not true, the only fields to be completed are demographics. Since that didn’t work, they referred me back to the finance company. Today they said Accounting was the only one that could help, pointing in a new direction. Of course, I could not speak to anyone, guess they need time to look for someone else to point the finger at.
