Originally, I called for a coupon special for rollers and adjustment that was out dated. The cost was more, but the service more than made up for that. I had new rollers and a inspection done on my garage door. I will probably need more repairs in the future. I was given an estimate of the cost for the complete work that will probably have to be done. The technician (now I do not remember his name) that came out was so polite, professional, personable, and explained things very well. My garage door is more quite , seems to open and close more evenly. I will do any future work with Precision as long as I get the same technician. Extremely satisfied!

I needed my garage door opener repaired or replaced. Chad was the worker and I was very pleased with him and his work. He was here promptly on time, he evaluated the garage door and the opener and told me the problem. The unit needed to be replaced. He told me the options and the prices. I made my decision and he got to work. He was done very quickly. He explained how to use everything and made sure I knew how to operate the new equipment.
