Nate did a great job in addressing the issue with our key pad, performed an evaluation on the operation of our garage door, and offered preventive maintenance tips to ensure long-term operability. 5 Stars! Damaged garage door was repaired by Frank Cassidy plus bottom seal replaced. Called Precision after checking the NextDoor site in our area (Nocatee) showing multiple positive reviews. Was given a time frame within 3 hrs. of calling but Frank called offering to come sooner (had finished previous job early). He quoted a price, took coupons, completed repair within an hour, friendly, courteous & efficient. Very satisfied from start to finish & would highly recommend company needing service.

I had a problem with my garbages door closing. Back on Feb 24 2022 made an appointment. The repairman came tweaked the door senors and ran off. No more than 15 minute. A few weeks later I had the same problem. I was hesitant to call Precision and suffered with the problem. I gave Precision another try and Michael G came over looked at the problem careful and solved the issue. You should train your repairman to follow his work ethics.

Precision came recommended by my neighbor. Chad was very professional. Kept me informed of pricing throughout the whole time. If all of their techs are like Chad. They are worth your time to call them. Thank you guys
