I had a broken spring that was replaced along with worn cables and bearings. It had been eleven years since the springs were last replaced and with the use my garage door gets that is very good. The service tech was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Nate was polite and explained everything to me. He lubricated and adjusted a spring which solved the problem of a noisy door. It also operates more smoothly. He also answered all of my questions.

Chad was fantastic. He knew just what to look for, solved my problem, and then offered to help program my keypad, and both cars. then he offered to tighten up the spring to make the door lighter to do manually. None of that is what he came for, but he just knew everything to do. So happy with his service.
