Garage door spring broke Friday afternoon. Called Precision and had an appointment for Saturday. Technician arrived during time specified. He was very knowledgeable and explained the cost to repair beforehand. He did an excellent job in a short span of time. Will definitely call Precision again when needed. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service!! Called around 2:00pm to set up a time to fix my 2 car garage door on a Friday afternoon before a 3 day holiday weekend. The person set an appointment between 4-6 pm that day for someone to be out to fix the problem. Tim ( exceptional service tech ) called within a hour and said we would be able to be there early. I rarely have repair personal work quickly and professionally at my house. He explain clearly the options I had…once approved he accomplished the work quickly not missing anything and 45 minutes later I have a garage door back in action working better that ever. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GARAGE DOORS OF JACKSONVILLE!!!

Tim did a great job. We were very pleased and now have a garage door that is quiet and works great. Tim arrived early and was efficient and personable as he worked on the door. He provided all the information that we needed to register the new opener and answered all of our questions. We were so happy to have called Precision for our service.

Wesley arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and was finished in 90 minutes installing a new garage door opener. He was polite, courteous and very professional. He explained everything and also removed the old garage door parts. Precision Door is amazing!

Had a double double install. 2 garage doors, new springs, new rollers and two new belt drive openers. Our installer, Dalton was excellent, completing this project in two hours. He was knowledgeable, professional, motivated and eager to see me pleased. He even graciously put up with my presence and questions! Precision, you’ve got a good one here. Now if everything installed lasts well I’ll call it perfect.
