We had our garage springs and coils get into a fight with an electric cord and I thought we were totally in for it. Precision got our tech, Nate, out within 18 hours of the call. Nate was super knowledgeable, explained what went wrong and what would need to be fixed, as well as pricing before working. Based on the low price we also asked for a quote and wound up replacing our old garage opener with a belt led silent opener. Nate set more than proper expectations for the level of noise to go down, and we were blown away by just how silent our system is now! I also appreciate Nate sharing that I shouldn’t WD40 my garage door #firsttimebuyerproblems. We were referred by our neighbor and would refer others to precision!

The tech that came to our home was very helpful and courteous. He helped my husband get the door back on the rails and helped with some questions the husband had about the opener. This is our second time using Precision and recommend them highly.
