The technician was very friendly, very clear on what was wrong and the level of service options there were to fix it. He was able to fix the entire thing right then and there and was clean and done very quickly. He also gave us maintenance tips to keep it running great.

It’s been 5 years since I’ve had the garage door serviced. Wes with Precision, did a detail review for me before doing any work, discussed pricing, he fixed everything we reviewed, door works like a charm. Wes was awesome, on time efficient and courteous!!!

I called at 8:30am and was given a time frame of 10-12, however, Tim called and said he was done with a previous appointment and could be at my house earlier than that. Tim was very professional and efficient. He finished the job in less than an hour and a half. Very happy with the service and would recommend your company to my friend and family.
