2nd time using your company due to the Excellent service from a prior visit -Allen the service rep did a great job and very personable. He is a (5) for sure as he installed a new garage door opener as discussed before he began,installed the unit then went over instructions, programmed my control/key pads and told/showed me in the booklet how to put app on my phone. No complaints and I’m not a “noisy neighbor “ anymore yeah!!!

I had a garage-door opener installed on Feb. 3, 2022, and I couldn’t be happier. There was no way I could possibly lift that door open before the opener was installed. Reggie, the tech who installed it, was completely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The only problem was that I had a hard time getting the model number and serial number required to register my warranty. They should have been included on my receipt or invoice, or on the owner’s booklet that came with the opener.
