very efficient from order through install given the ‘back order’ status of any major materials today. Install took 2 1/2 hrs. Arrived early!

My garage door was screeching and making a loud click sound when opening. The tech replaced the rollers and went above and beyond fixing the main drive shaft. The previous owner added a steel shaft on the end to allow the door to open. The tech removed this piece, realigned the shaft connecting everything to its original place and voila, my garage door opens perfectly! When I get in my car and open the door I have to look and see the door is all the way up, I can’t hear it moving!

Dalton was prompt, well mannered and professional. My garage door programming issue was quickly resolved.

I had a broken spring and Precision came out right away and got it fixed and working great. The service rep was very knowledeable and tested serval times and made some adjustments. Sad that I could not use the $30 off coupon in the Mint magazine as they said the service call fee was waived..if I am getting service there should not be a service call fee anyway as I told them up front I was doing the repair.

Fantastic Service! Arrived on time and were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I’d use them again for future service calls.

Great service. Tech went above and beyond since he fixed the garage door control that was falling off the dry wall.
