From the time I called to the time of the completed repair, lubrication, and bulb installation was 1 hour and for the price quoted to me! Yes.. I was lucky to slide into a previously canceled appointment but nevertheless I would wait a week or more if needed to have Alan come back. Alan was our service advisor and is a true asset to any company! He worked fast and showed my husband and I everything he was doing! We could not be more pleased!

Technician arrived on time as promised. A new bracket to attach the rail to the wall was installed, the spring was adjusted and the door was lubricated – basically the door and opener were given a tuneup. My questions were answered and there was no hard sell. The process to a bit less than 1 hour. I would recommend the company..

I was very pleased that I was able to have an appointment, by the technician, in such a short period of time. The technician called ahead of time, as promised and arrived ahead of the designated appointment time. I was also very pleased with the technician because he said that it would take him approximately 1 – 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. He was actually finished in about 45 minutes.
