After 35+ years our chain-driven garage door opener finally broke. The morning it broke, we called and made an appointment for that afternoon. Dalton Merritt arrived on time and installed a belt-driven opener in less time than estimated. Dalton was extremely courteous and quickly and efficiently finished the job. We are extremely satisfied, and the new opener is so quiet.

I would give Jason 5 stars. Jason is dedicated, polite and professional. This was the second time he was at my house. He was great.

Courtsey call when repair man Hayden was in route and in the time frame that was given. Hayden resolved the issue quickly, and serviced my garage door..Very pleased would highly recomend this company.

Wow, we were so surprised when Nate, from Precision technician showed up the same day we called for an appointment and not only gave us a very reasonable estimate for repairs but also had all the parts to complete the work the same day! We now have the quietest garage door ever! We highly recommend Precision! Nate was wonderful!!!!

Highly recommend Precision. Alan Harp arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem (crack in one of the door panels, cracked hinges, heavily worn rollers). He provided a breakdown of the repair cost and suggested repairs. He allowed me to select the repairs I wanted done (reinforcement strut, replace cracked hinges and all new rollers) and did not force any additional or unwanted repairs. Very reasonably priced and repair was completed in under an hour. Five Stars.
